DIY Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.5 | T595 | T597 Sim Reader Flex Repair Guide

To start, we need the right tools to proceed with the repair, which You can find in the description.

First, turn off the tablet, take out the SIM tray, and then follow the back cover removal.

To remove the back cover, create a gap near the charger port or sim tray using a plastic card pry tool or picker. Then, gently move around the frame edges to release the plastic clips on the frame.

Take out the back cover, and disconnect the battery plug.

Next, Disconnect the sim connector plug and take out the broken sim tray module on the bottom left.

Next, Replace the New SIM connector module and place it on the body.

Make sure the connections are secured and do not forget to connect the battery plug.

Next, Clamp up the back cover into the body. Starting from the top, place the back cover and ensure the clips are secured. And then insert the SIM tray.
