Turn off the phone and remove the SIM tray before starting. Make sure you have all necessary tools ready.
Gently heat the edges of the back cover with a heating pad, hairdryer, or heat gun to loosen the adhesive. Use a suction cup and plastic card to carefully separate the back cover from the device.
Undo the 15 screws holding the mid-frame and carefully pry it off. Disconnect the fingerprint connector and battery connector before continuing.

Disconnect the main flex, antennas, and logic board. Remove the speaker, vibrator motor, and charging board from the old frame.
Transfer all components to the new screen frame: battery, logic board, flex cables, speaker, vibrator, and charging board. Ensure all screws and connectors are securely in place.

Reconnect the fingerprint connector, battery, and SIM tray. Secure the mid-frame with screws and attach the back cover with B7000 glue or double-sided adhesive. Use rubber bands or bonding clips to hold the cover until it sets.
