Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Power off & SIM removal

Turn off the Galaxy A15 5G completely.
Remove the SIM tray to prevent damage during disassembly.

Step 2: Back cover removal

Heat the edges of the back cover using a heating pad or hairdryer to soften the adhesive.
Place a suction cup near the bottom edge to create a small gap.
Insert a plastic card pry tool and carefully slide around the edges to release the adhesive.
Lift the back cover gently.

Step 3: Mid-frame removal

Step 6: Install the new battery

Reconnect the main flex to both logic board and charging port board.
Secure the battery connector.

Step 7: Reassemble mid-frame

Place the mid-frame back and fasten with the 15 screws.
Ensure all clips are properly seated.
Reconnect the fingerprint power button connector.

Step 8: Reinstall back cover

Ensure sufficient glue on the cover edges; use B7000 glue or double-sided adhesive if needed.
Place the back cover and secure with bonding clips or rubber bands.
Leave in place to ensure proper adhesion.
