If the camera on your Xiaomi Poco X3, Poco X3 NFC, or Poco X3 Pro is blurry, not focusing, showing a black screen, or failing to open, the camera modules may need replacement.
The Poco X3 series uses separate modular camera units for the rear (main, macro, depth, wide) and the front selfie camera. This makes camera replacement a straightforward DIY repair with basic tools. This guide covers both front and rear camera replacement, and the steps are compatible across all Poco X3 models due to their similar internal design.
