A damaged or unresponsive screen can make your Xiaomi Poco X3, Poco X3 NFC, or Poco X3 Pro difficult—or impossible—to use. Cracks, black spots, flickering display, touch issues, or a completely dead screen are all signs that the LCD display needs replacement.
This guide shows you how to replace the LCD screen display step by step. The repair process is compatible across all Poco X3 models, as they share a very similar internal layout and screen assembly. While this is a more advanced repair, following the steps carefully will help you complete it safely at home.
