
Before Starting, we need to have the right tools to proceed with the repair, which You can find in the description.
First, turn off the phone and take out the Sim tray, followed by the rear cover removal.
To remove the rear cover, it needs to heat gently around the rear cover edges until the pasted adhesive becomes soft.
For this, we are using a heating pad. Place the rear cover side on the heating pad and Select the mobile phone HEATING option and leave it till it completes. Alternatively, you can use a heat gun or hairdryer.
Once the heating has completed, Use a suction cup to create an opening on the rear cover. Next, insert a plastic card pry tool or something similar to cut the adhesive around the back cover.
Be gentle while taking out the rear cover; the flash sensor plug has attached to the back cover and board. First, take off the shield and then disconnect the plug to release the rear cover.
Take out the rear cover and take out the Main Board frame by undoing 14 screws.
Next, unplug the battery connector on the left-hand side.
Next, Move to the Bottom section and undo Seven screws to take out the PCB protective cover.
Next, Disconnect two antenna heads and four connector plugs from the secondary board.
Next, undo the screw and pull out the board from the body.
Next, Take out the battery by loosening the adhesive and pulling it by the red tab.
Next, move the battery protective tape and bottom edge adhesive strip to the righthand side.
Next, Disconnect the charging port connector and peel it out by removing two screws.
Next, place the new charging port flex cable and place it on the body. And move the adhesive strip & cover to the left-hand side.
Next, place the battery and secure the tapes.
Next, secure both screws in the charging port connector.
Next, place the secondary board and secure the screw. And then secure four plugs and two antennas into the board.
Next, place the secondary PCB cover by adding seven screws.
Next, secure the battery plug and place the board frame by securing fourteen screws.
Next, insert the sim tray and place the back cover on the body. And also, do not forget to connect the flash sensor and the shield.
Before installing the main back cover, make sure it has enough glue on it; if not, use B7000 glue or a new double-sided back cover adhesive.
Finally, we are adding bonding clips to tighten the rear cover with the body. If not, you can use some rubber bands and Leave them for some time.
