Gently heat around the edges of the back cover to soften the adhesive.
Create an opening using a suction cup and slide a plastic pry tool around the edges to cut the adhesive. Carefully remove the back cover.
Undo 11 Phillips screws securing the board frame. Lift and remove it carefully.

Apply fresh adhesive or B7000 glue to the back cover. Press it firmly into place and use binding clips or rubber bands to hold it tight for several minutes.
