Step 1 — Prepare the Device

  • Remove the SIM tray if your tablet includes cellular functionality.
  • Power off the tablet completely before beginning the repair.

Step 2 — Heat the Front Display

Proper heating is essential to safely lift the screen:

  • Place the tablet front side down on a heating pad designed for tablets.
  • Select the tablet heating option and wait until heating completes.
  • Alternatively, use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften adhesive around the edges.

Step 3 — Lift the Screen

  • Attach a suction cup near the edge of the display and lift slightly.
